No credit check required to start — Net-30 terms become available after 90 days of on-time payments.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Your first order minimum is $250. After that, there's no per-order minimum — order what you need, when you need it. Accounts placing $1,000 or more per month automatically qualify for our Growth tier pricing with a 5% volume discount applied at checkout.
How fast does Apex ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship same day from our warehouse. All other orders ship the next business day. Most customers receive their orders within 2–4 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available on request.

What is your return and defect policy?
We guarantee every item we ship. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or issue a credit — no questions asked. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns on non-defective product, we handle case-by-case with your account rep.
